Secret Ingredient: Tavern on the Green Garlic with Rosemary Oil

You Will Need:
1 package Wild Rice, prepared according to package directions 2 Tbsp chopped shallots 1 Tbsp chopped green pepper 1 garlic clove, mashed 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced ¼ cup Tavern on the Green Garlic with Rosemary Oil ¼ cup nuts of your choice ¼ cup ripe olives, sliced

Easy Preparation:
  1. Sauté the shallots, green pepper, garlic, celery and mushrooms in Tavern on the Green Garlic with Rosemary Oil. In a large bowl, add the prepared rice and the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add salt only after tasting to make sure you don't overdo it.
  3. Keep warm and serve with turkey.

Alternatively:
  1. Undercook the rice by leaving the center of the rice uncooked.
  2. Baste the cavities of the turkey with Tavern on the Green Garlic with Rosemary Oil and salt and pepper. Stuff the cavities, leaving space for the rice to expand.
  3. Truss the turkey as usual and roast according to your preference.
  4. The rice will finish cooking within the turkey and absorb the flavors of the turkey.
