Secret Ingredient:Chandelier Chardonnay Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade
You Will Need:
1-1/2 lbs halibut fillets1red pepper chopped1/2 onion, chopped1/4 bottleTavern on the Green Chandelier Chardonnay Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade4 tbsp Tavern on the Green Meyer's Lemon Olive Oil10baby red potatoes1/2 lbstring beansSalt & Pepper to tasteGarnish with chopped cilantroOptional: Add ½ lb fresh clams
Marinate halibut in Chandelier Chardonnay Fire Grilled Garlic Marinade for 25 minutes.
In a medium skillet sauté onions, peppers and sliced baby potatoes with Tavern on the Green Meyer's Lemon olive oil over medium - high. Simmer potatoes until just fork tender about 30-35 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add string beans.
Separately place marinated halibut in baking dish and pour sauté mix.
Cook dish for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 350 oven until fish flakes.
