Secret Ingredient:Tavern on the Green Autumn Fig Balsamic Vinegar
You Will Need:
1 head white cabbage, (shredded)* as an alternative you may use a bag of Broccoli sla
3Scallions, finely chopped
1/2 fresh dill, finely chopped
For the dressing:
3 teaspoons Tavern on the Green Autumn Fig Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon Tavern on the Green Central Park Signature Dipping Oilto tastesalt & peppetto taste
Add nuts, cranberries or raisins for an extra treat!
Purée apple mixture in blender. Set aside, keeping blended mixture warm. Heat Tavern on the Green Meyer's Lemon Olive Oil in sauté pan. Season scallops with salt and pepper. Place in hot oil and sear until brown.
* NOTE: May substitute one package of pre-mixed cole slaw & ½ package of shredded carrots for white cabbage and carrots
