Summer Delight Cole Slaw

Secret Ingredient:Tavern on the Green Autumn Fig Balsamic Vinegar

You Will Need:
1 head white cabbage, (shredded)* as an alternative you may use a bag of Broccoli sla 3 carrots, shredded 3 Scallions, finely chopped 1/2 fresh dill, finely chopped

For the dressing:

3 teaspoons Tavern on the Green Autumn Fig Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon Tavern on the Green Central Park Signature Dipping Oil to taste salt & peppet to taste


Easy Preparation:
  1. Add nuts, cranberries or raisins for an extra treat!
  2. Purée apple mixture in blender. Set aside, keeping blended mixture warm. Heat Tavern on the Green Meyer's Lemon Olive Oil in sauté pan. Season scallops with salt and pepper. Place in hot oil and sear until brown.
  3. * NOTE: May substitute one package of pre-mixed cole slaw & ½ package of shredded carrots for white cabbage and carrots
