Roasted Zucchini with Garlic and Parmesan

Secret Ingredient:Tavern Direct Garlic with Rosemary Oil
You Will Need:
4 Med Zucchini Tavern Direct Garlic with Rosemary Oil ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese Fresh or dried rosemary leaves sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste


Easy Preparation:
  1. Wash zucchini and cut in half length wise, chopping off ends, and cut in half again
  2. Arrange zucchini in a glass baking pan and drizzle Tavern's Garlic with Rosemary oil over the zucchini.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and top the zucchini with the shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh or dried rosemary.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 mins until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
